Hi,

There are a lot of job sites on the internet that can help you source candidates for your recruitment needs. Three of the largest online job sites are: Naukri.com, Monster.com, and Timesjobs.com. Some websites also allow recruiters to search a few resumes without signing up with the job site. You could go through them and see if the resumes match what you are looking for.

Hello All!

Without working on the internet, you can handle recruitment in a successful way, but it depends on your ability. For example, by making phone calls and obtaining references from successful leads, by utilizing word-of-mouth marketing, and by engaging in headhunting. However, using the internet for recruitment purposes is the easiest way to acquire resumes, send emails, and more. I use the internet for recruitment purposes in addition to the methods mentioned above. These are my views on this.
