Greetings of the day. I need guidance as I want to pursue a course to advance my learning and am under a dilemma as to where to pursue it.
Course Options
1. I want to do a course on Digital HR and HR Analytics.
2. The CHRO course also includes this subject, as mentioned above.
Decision Making
3. Should I go for the CHRO course or only the HR Digital and Analytics course? Which would be more feasible in terms of value for money?
Institutes to Consider
4. Lastly, where should I pursue it - from institutes like IIM or XLRI, or from institutes like AON, Coursera, etc.?
A bit of guidance and clear path marking by HR gurus will be a great help for me to further my career and give it better shape after 10-plus years of experience.
