It is good that you are doing this on your own and have taken action. Please do share what you understand and want. I basically wanted to say that one must express their thoughts and share what they have learned about a topic before seeking information from others in such cases. Alternatively, they can simply post a question such as, "What is HR Analytics & Tools," etc. However, in this instance, you were asking for inputs. I hope you understand my point.
