Dear seniors, I work as an HR manager in a company. When I started, the former HR manager handed over to me. The company is being renewed; the former joint venture has been stopped. My supervisor, who is the leadership, is not currently in the company, but he will arrive soon.

The situation is that the former manager is still in the office and is continuing to work on HR processes. He will be moving to another division and unit by the end of this month. Can you guide me on what I should do?
