My previous company did not create my PF account in 2015. Would that be a problem if I join another company and they ask for my UAN number? Or will the new company create a new one for me?

If you declare that you do not have any PF number, the present employer will create a PF number for you. That is not an issue. However, it is a matter of credibility concerning the past employer and the experience gained by you.
