The PF A/c number will remain the same even if you change employer. The UAN is the unique identification number given to each person, so it will remain constant irrespective of the employer.

EPFO UAN Number
The EPFO UAN number stands for Universal Account Number, meaning one UAN is assigned per person. However, a new account number is generated each time you join a new employer. The previous account should be properly closed by entering the exit dates and ensuring KYC is completed. If you have not withdrawn the funds (EPFO fund or Pension fund), you can merge previous accounts by processing an online transfer request or through offline mode.
Generating a double UAN for one employee may lead to trouble for the employer according to the new EPFO rules.
