To revisit the decision of the termination is left to the discretion of the management provided there exist valid grounds or there is a gross error apparent on the face of the records. The pressure from some senior management person does not appear to form valid ground for the review.

The decision of termination is at the discretion of the management and they can also withdraw the decision based on conditions.
I agree with Mr. Nagarkar's view that pressure from a senior management person does not seem to be a valid reason. You should be least bothered; the management will remain responsible for future events.
