Leave Calculation and HR Policies
When I take leave for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, my Sunday weekly off is calculated as a paid leave. Can HR count my Sunday leave as a CL? We don't have any leave except CL.
Sick Leave Conversion
Another issue I faced was when I took leave for 5 days due to sickness, and HR decided to convert those leaves into CL. Is this right? I spoke with HR and said, "Ma'am, CL leaves are pre-planned. How can you convert those leaves into CL?" What can I do in this situation? Please suggest.

Holidays falling in the middle of two availed leaves will be considered as leave, and the leave will be deducted from the leave credit of the employee. This policy is in line with the sandwich leave policy followed by companies. The sandwich leave policy entails that your leave will be deducted for even the weekly off days or holidays when you apply for leaves on the day before or after that particular day.
