I had some personal issues hence decided to resign. My company told me to give a replacement and leave but nothing on email, just through verbal communication.

Now I am worried whether I will receive my FNF or not.

Tendering resignation in writing is one part of the employment contract, whereas the other part is acceptance of the resignation in writing by the employer with the date of resignation indicated. If the proper procedure has been followed, there is little scope for any contracting party to worry about.
