I was working with a company from 27 June 2014 until 25 March 2015. On 25 March, I submitted my resignation to my manager and her superior, and they accepted it. However, nobody informed me to meet with them. After 45 days, my FnF (Full and Final settlement) did not come through. I contacted HR, and they are saying that I was supposed to apply for FnF within 30 days, and now they cannot do anything. What can I do right now?

As I understand, you gave your resignation to your manager and her superior on the 25th and left the job. Has your manager given an acknowledgment of your resignation letter to you? What does your appointment letter/job offer say about the notice period/buying of the notice period, etc.? The company's excuse that you have to apply within 30 days is just a company procedure, and they cannot deny you FNF because of that factor alone. Did your company discuss the notice period, or have they accepted your resignation? In your resignation, did you ask for full and final settlement as well? In what capacity were you working and in which industry? Depending on that, you can approach the local labor officer for a delay or refusal to clear your dues. One needs to provide more information to receive clear advice from members.

My resignation was accepted, and they told me that I'll get my FNF after deduction for the notice period. I have an excellent performance record over there. However, I don't have a copy of the resignation letter. The company is a BPO with a good count of manpower.
