I am working in the Trading & Services industry in the Middle East in the HR department. Currently, due to new taxes imposed by the country, my company has instructed me to create a tax policy stating that all taxes imposed by the government shall be payable by the employee (for example, custom tax, etc.).
I need a sample policy that would address the above situation so that I can make the necessary modifications. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
