Hello Friends,
Hope you are doing well.
I want to make salary slips in a standard format. Since the company is a startup company, they are not providing medical allowance or PF services. Hence, is there any standard format excluding these two fields? For now, we include the following columns:
Particulars | Yearly Amt. | Monthly Amt
1. Basic
2. HRA
3. Misc. Allowance
4. Conveyance Allowance
GROSS SALARY
5. Company Performance Variable
6. Employee Performance Variable
TOTAL CTC
This is the format that we are using temporarily. The variables are based on the CTC, for example, 2,24,000/14 = 16000. The employee's per month salary is Rs. 16000/- for 12 months, and the remaining 2 months' salary (Rs. 32000/-) is considered as a Bonus, which depends on the employee's company and employee performance.
Hence, are there fixed percentages applicable by the government for Basic, HRA, Misc. Allowance, and Conveyance Allowance? If yes, can you please provide me with some articles or reference books, websites, or anything that will help me understand the basic payrolls (in India) in startup companies?
Thanks and Regards,
Rachana

Dear Sir,
I have joined as an HR executive in an export company in Agartala that has been jointly working with a Bangladeshi Company. The company has a total of 27 employees, out of which 5 employees are working for the Bangladeshi Company. Until now, those five employees have been receiving their salaries via Indian cheque (in INR). Now, the Bangladeshi company has suggested that we structure their salaries according to the tax policies set by the government of India. Please help me with the best salary structure that would result in a higher take-home pay for them. Their current annual salaries are Rs. 504,000, Rs. 480,000, Rs. 460,000, Rs. 420,000, and Rs. 360,000.
Regards,
