My name is Preeti, and I am working as an HR Executive in an engineering college. I am tasked with preparing a performance appraisal method for all the staff members in the engineering college. Could you please provide me with some tips and methods to conduct a performance appraisal that will assist our management in an educational institute with 400 employees.

Hi Preeti,

Which method are you using for appraisal, closed or the panel method? First of all, categorize them into Prof/Asst Prof/Lecturers & non-teaching. Fix a slab for all 4 categories. Analyze their job. If they are active in paper presentations, R&D, give them a perk, appreciate by notifying them in a gathering.
