Hi Team,
I want to write a legal letter regarding an accused person's record of his previous employment. Can anybody advise on how to frame a letter regarding information about the person?
This person has assaulted someone and escaped from the scene. Now, he works in another company. How can I write a letter to inquire whether he is currently employed or not?
Thanks,
Sathya

Dear Sathya, well, gentleman, this is a professional forum, and while seeking advice from senior professionals, propriety demands orderliness and a structured approach to the post. You have not provided any background information. Please confirm the following:
a) What is the nature of your industry? What is your designation?
b) Is this accused person an employee of your company? Have you done any background check?
c) Why do you want to send the "legal letter"?
Lastly, the quality of your English merits a lot of improvement. Please take care of it.
Thanks,
