Dear All,

I am working in a freight forwarding company as HR. Now, we have started a new warehouse setup that requires an HR professional who has experience in handling Industrial Relations (IR) and is well-versed in labor relations, compliances, etc.

Can somebody help me by teaching me about labor relations and industrial relations? Additionally, could you advise me on whom to contact for labor-related forms, what forms need to be submitted under the Inspector of Factories Act, and if possible, guide me on how to meet the inspector and complete the warehouse registration process?

I am located in Chennai and urgently need assistance.
