Copy of termination letter need not be sent to anybody except to the employee concerned. In case the employee raises a dispute against the termination, then you have to share the document with the authority concerned.

Before being discharged from the service, did they send you letters regarding joining duties? Could you share all the letters you have received from the bank?

The letter of termination to the contract of employment should be handed over to the contractor with reasons. If the contract is time-bound, you are going to terminate the services at the right time. If the contract is predetermined before the contract date, terminate the services with reasons validating the points clearly. This may not be sent to any authorities unless a dispute arises in terminating.
