Hi all,

I am an MBA student doing an internship and a total amateur in this field. My project is on "Revamping the existing Appraisal form/template by benchmarking it with the best employer companies."

Queries I have are:

1. Benchmarking: What should be the parameters in deciding companies?
2. What all should I cover in the survey (both external and internal)?
3. What should an Appraisal form/template capture?
4. Various Tools Built in a form, Usability of data extracted & What else can be built in?
5. Why are different standard templates used for each level of management and employees, why not the same for all?
