I am left with a woman who speaks no English after taking over a contract via TUPE. She has only worked for the previous company for 5 months. How do I terminate her from our services?

If her total service (including the previous company) is less than one year, then you can make her redundant by following statutory procedures at no further cost to you. Make sure you follow the procedures. You can find the required information on the net.
