Hi,

I need help in solving a case study published in Business Week, called "Wringing Out the Old." The case focuses on senior managers facing redundancy, with younger managers ascending to CEO positions. The organization perceives the older managers as less productive due to their age, considering them less suitable for the demanding work environment.

Could anybody please suggest or guide me on how to approach this case study? Additionally, could you provide examples of senior managers experiencing redundancy?

Regards,
Mrunal.
