Job Consultancy Fees and Salary Deductions
Does any job consultancy have the right to take the salary from a candidate? Or does any company have the right to deduct job consultancy fees (if the company has tie-ups with job consultancy) directly from the employee's salary?

Right Question...
Types of Consultancies
There are two types of consultancies: one is Management consultancy, where they will never charge any amount from candidates. However, the consultancies referred to you will raise the bill, and the company will pay the charges.
There are also a few private consultancies where the consultancy personnel receive the first month's salary or fifteen days' salary from the candidate. If the candidate does not pay the consultancy, many private limited companies will ask you to clear the payments but will not deduct it from the salary directly.

Very good topic, Nil. Since it's a service exchange in contractual terms, deciding the contribution is left to the parties agreeing to the same. Most private consultancies that do not have many backup companies with them do this. In fact, many collect the fixed salary amount even before the candidate joins and receives their salary. As I have observed, many of the candidates placed by them are chosen as probationers or trainers, and a few are from an entry-level background, with their employment not guaranteed. There are genuine consultancies as well, but I suggest candidates believe in and rely upon those consultancies that have company backups or agreements with companies for placements. Most such consultancies hardly collect any fees from candidates as they receive their pay from the companies that hired them for sourcing candidates.
