I have to send the appraisal sheet of my reportee. I need to write him an email mentioning that the appraisal call was good, etc. It was a quarterly appraisal done in the coaching style. We discussed all the points mentioned in the appraisal sheet and then gave him points. Would you please be able to share with me the wording I should use in this email?
Thanks and regards,

As a part of the Policy on Performance Appraisal, I conducted your Performance Appraisal (PA) on [insert date] for the quarter ending [insert quarter end date]. I am forwarding the PA summary of the above appraisal via mail/letter. During our PA meeting, I provided you with adequate feedback and coaching. I expect you to maintain the same level of performance for the attributes for which you received a rating of "Very Good" or "Excellent." Please reflect on other attributes and identify areas for improvement. If you require further assistance, do not hesitate to contact me.
Effective work performance is crucial for career advancement. I hope to see you become a standout member of our team.
Thank you.
Note: Please ensure necessary changes are made as required. Always review your email or letter using the 5W+1H formula (why, when, where, who/whom, which, and how). Check if any of these elements have been omitted.
Best regards,
