I'm working with a software development and IT staffing company. Could you please help me in designing a quarterly performance sheet? My senior management wants to conduct quarterly performance reviews that can be integrated with the yearly performance appraisal. They aim to have performance reviews every three months. The weightage given is 75% to business performance and 25% to values (behavior). I have been tasked with designing a performance review sheet to rank individuals on a scale of 1 to 10 and categorize them into A, B, and C groups. They suggest that the top 20% (the top 2 out of 10) are considered top performers, 70% are in the middle, and the bottom 10% are low performers.
Could anyone assist me in creating a quarterly performance review sheet that includes both qualitative and quantitative parameters?
