Hello, this is Ayesha Khan, a student of MBA-HR. I have been assigned a task by my Recruitment & Selection teacher to conduct a structured interview for the position of Assistant Manager Finance. I am feeling confused about how to proceed. What questions should I ask? I am particularly concerned about technical questions as I do not have much knowledge about finance. All candidates will be fresh MBA or BBA graduates. Can anybody provide assistance?

Best regards,
Ayesha Khan
