For those involved in recruitment, do you encounter the issue of candidates not showing up after receiving the offer letter? What is the ratio of such cases compared to the total number of offers extended?
Do you implement strategies to retain employees who have submitted their resignations? What is the ratio of successful retention cases to the total number of resignations received?
Do you find that your ratios align with each other?
