Dear Sir,
Team members conflict with each other and bring trivial complaints to their boss. Whatever solution is given, they are not happy and continue to confront. Finally, they do not cooperate and hesitate to complete the tasks assigned to them, often by taking leaves or procrastinating. Please provide a solution to avoid conflicts among employees.

The middleman (the boss) of the employees should take charge of this situation. The boss should narrow down to the root of the problem by knowing their background and history. This will help the boss with more insights on the attitude of these employees.
The boss should call them to his office, make them solve their differences, if not they listen to the boss's resolution OR they deal with HR.
