Hope your project is in the construction field. If it is correct, you can purchase a book on the Contract Labour Act and Rules and BOCW Act from the Law Books shop for your ready reference. I can attach a soft copy of those books for your ready reference.

As per the Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act of 1996 of the Haryana government, toilet facilities are mandated at the workplace when the manpower strength is 150 or more. If it is available at a labor hutment 500 meters away from the working place, I would like to request your kind advice, please.
