Hi everybody,
I am currently working with the Indian Ordnance Factories as a Group 'B' Officer - Foreman (Non Tech) to be precise. I have around 11 years of experience in various areas of factory administration involving Personnel, Labour Legislation, IR, Discipline, Vigilance, housekeeping, event management, liaisoning, facilities management, etc. Now, I wish to leave Government service for a challenging opportunity in the private sector.
