Dear All, In an unfortunate event, one of our employees has died due to a road accident. He had completed 1.5 years of service. What should be the method to calculate his gratuity?

Gratuity Calculation Methods

1. Calculate as per length of service
2. Calculate until retirement age
3. Calculate based on 5 years
