Hello friends,
I have a doubt. Please solve it if possible. I received a message from the Indian Satellite Research & Development Org in Delhi. They are offering a training program related to human resources. I just want to confirm if their promises of job assurance, minimum pay scale, etc., are true and whether I can continue with the SAP training program. Please share as many of your views as possible. It's a bit urgent as I have to reply to them in 2 days.
Thank you all, goodbye. :)

Hi, I also got an email from ISRDO. I called the concerned person in Delhi, and he mentioned that freshers in SAP will have to pay 40000. The course is for 1 month, and then they will send our profiles to corporates. Where is the assurance? It's like the campus recruitment in MBA courses. I have experience, there are all your classmates, applying to the same company, high competition. Is ISRDO assuring you that at any cost they are placing you? NO. They say they will forward your CVs to companies. If anyone knows more about ISRDO than me, please let me know.

Hello,
ISRDO is perhaps a fraud company. I am pasting you the article by BUSINESS LINE.
Warning on Fake Institutes in AP
Our Bureau
Hyderabad, Jan. 29
The Andhra Pradesh Commissioner of Industries has charged that three institutes based in the city were cheating the public and students by claiming that they were offering research projects for B.Tech and Post-Graduation courses in advanced areas.
Giving an impression that they come under various Departments of the Government such as the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (IT) and the Department of Space, these institutes were also putting out misleading advertisements to lure the public.
Naming these institutes - Communications Services Research and Development Centre; Indian Satellite and Research and Development Organisation (ISRDO); and Communications and Satellite Research Laboratory (CSRL) - the Industries Commissioner stated that the claims made by them were not genuine.
These institutes are housed in premises belonging to the State Government in B.R.K. Bhavan in the heart of the city. The Commissioner said the institutes have no connection with the Ministry of Communication and IT of the Centre or with the Department of Space or ISRO.
THIS IS WHAT I FOUND OUT ON THE NET. IT WOULD STILL BE MUCH CONFIRMED ONCE I GET A REPLY FROM BOTH; ISRDO & NAUKRI.COM through which it was offered to me.
You can help me by calling there and reporting ISRDO about this and seek their explanation whether it's true or not. Kindly do so just now.

Hi Friends,
I have also received an email from ISRDO. As mentioned above, they are charging Rs 40,000/- for SAP HR. Two days ago, I had a conversation with the management team of ISRDO. They have assured me 100% training and job placement. I am unsure whether they are genuine or not. First, I would like to know the market value of SAP HR because it is essential to be aware of it before enrolling in the course. Please assist me.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi Friends,
Please don't go for any courses from this kind of fraudulent institutes because their intention is to earn money at the expense of a lot of people. The government has also decided to crack down on these institutes.
I would like to highlight one more name in the list of these illegal institutes, which is SHREYA TECHNOLOGIES. Please don't waste your money and time.
If you are truly serious about pursuing SAP HR, then try to find a SAP HR functional consultant working in the industry who can help you with training at a minimal cost. Siemens is the best option.
Thanks,
Best Regards,

Dear Bhushan,
I appreciate your input. It is indeed challenging to trust any institute these days. Many institutions promise job security, but unfortunately, most turn out to be fraudulent. That's why I'm conducting thorough research to gather more information about institutes offering SAP HR Training at a lower cost. While Siemens is renowned for its quality, it comes with a hefty price tag.
I'm curious about Sapient Company and their SAP HR course offerings. Can you provide insights into the quality of their program and whether it's a good choice for SAP HR training?
