Dear Bipin,
I appreciate your efforts in developing this presentation, but it is emphasizing only on HR Planning. It could be better if it included the entire spectrum of HR activities such as recruitment, competency mapping, performance appraisal, tax, CTC calculation, and other related aspects.
Any individual new to HR should have a comprehensive understanding of the aforementioned areas. A practical approach would be beneficial.
Good attempt. Keep posting innovative and important content.

Hi all,
Greetings!
I am looking forward to your suggestions for taking up an SAP course in HR as I am seeking a job change. I have a total of 7 years of working experience, with 4 years post MBA (HR). It would be great if you could suggest a good and reputable institute or training center that can provide thorough training in the technology or assist me in changing my job quickly.
Today, I received a call from a training center based in Noida, Sector 2, offering SAP training at approximately Rs.25K + taxes. They are also guaranteeing a job, with the condition that upon receiving an offer letter from the company they place me with, and subsequently getting an appointment letter, I would need to pay them one month's salary.
Before I meet with them, I would greatly appreciate your guidance on this matter. What would be the best course of action in this situation?
I believe this platform has many knowledgeable seniors who are willing to offer help and support.
Looking forward to your suggestions.
Best regards,

Hi all HR colleagues,
This is Milee. I have a query regarding the acceptance of an MBA from the Indian School of Business Management & Administration (ISBM). Are HR professionals in India accepting the Post Graduate diploma conferred by ISBM? The institute provides certifications for the courses cleared through examinations that can be taken at the student's home or at prescribed exam centers. The courses can be completed within a time span of 6 months (Fast track) to two years. The courses are claimed to be accepted by the Center of Distance Learning, India. How can we verify such accreditation?
I am awaiting your reply.
Thanks in advance.
