I hope you are all aware of the municipal elections scheduled for 23rd Nov 2009 (Monday). I wanted to inquire whether we need to grant a full-day holiday and make up for it on another day.

I believe some companies have already declared a holiday, and the State labor department has also declared a holiday. I am thinking the same. I think we will wait until tomorrow afternoon and then make a decision.
