I am trying to create a PPT on Non-Monetary Incentives. (We are a small IT company with about 40 employees, and budget is a major concern for us.)

3. Additional Leaves
4. Written Appreciation
5. Lunch or Dinner with Director
And some additional activities like celebrating birthdays, festivals, fun days, picnics, etc.
