I would like your advice, and I would appreciate it if you could share with me the evaluation training process that we are using in our company. We usually use the evaluation sheet after the course, as you all do. Now, what is the next step after that? Do you take any action after receiving all the feedback from the candidates?
As my manager requested me to develop the current evaluation sheet that we are using, please share the evaluation sheet that you use in your company. Additionally, I suggested sharing my findings from the feedback with the attendees. I will send an email to all of them and participate in the findings. However, my manager would like to know the benefits of sharing the findings with the attendees and their departments. Kindly share your experience with me.
