Hi, I am Prof. Iyer, head of the Department of Math and Statistics for an International School. I am 39 years old, with 18 years of teaching experience. Additionally, I teach Mathematical Modelling, Quantitative Techniques, and Statistics for the Executive MBA group at a US university in India as Visiting Faculty, as well as being an On-Site Industry faculty (I have taught 300 e-MBA trainees so far, with an average age of 30).

I wish to support your employees' group during a visit to your organization by training them in their MBA/MCA subjects as a visiting faculty. Hi Sunitha,

Please find enclosed a PowerPoint presentation on how a training program is developed. First of all, you need to be specific about the objectives you want to achieve through training.

Participation of management is of immense importance as ultimately any training program is aimed at improving employee skills, behavior, etc., to achieve the broader goals of the organization.

Trainees also need to be interested in training and motivated to attend with specific objectives in mind. They should actively participate in the program.
