Respected K.S Yadav,
Form no 11 which sent to Assistant Director.
It suppose to calculate total Adult and what is the age we may have according to the legal law.
IN any month the total no of men and women increase and decrease then it should be sent to Assistant Director only one time or according to the changing manpower.
GIve your valuable suggestion.

Dear Karamvir,
Form 11 is displayed on the notice board and this indicates the number of persons working in each shift. This information is verified by the factories inspector when he visits your factory for inspection.
This form is useful to know the exact shift timings and the maximum number of persons available in the shift. While the plan is being approved by the factories inspectorate they verify the position of machineries and the number of persons employed and ensure that there is sufficient movement space for people.

Adult workers as per Factories act are workers who have attained the age of 18 years.
But in which section, it is mentioned that, only adult workers has to be recruited in Factory.
