  1. Consultants / Placements
  2. Advertisements in print media
  3. Job portals
  4. Employee referrals
However, we are not getting quality technical manpower. Can you suggest any alternative source of recruitment ?

Hi Srini,
For technical manpower, atleast at the fresher level, you can approach the various ITIs.
Also try and cover the major Industry Fairs by either participating in it or doing flyer distribution outside the veues depending on the requirement.
