As per previous instructions All ITcompanies have certain exemptions under all Labour Acts. Certain guidelines have been already given to all states by central government to encourage and fecilitate ITcompanies in India. In A. Pand Telangana states have given exemptions to ITcompanies like duty timings, Graduitypayments, Shop licences and removing norms. So pls go ahead of your state labourdept. Proceedings pls.
Certainly you should pay some amount s comfortable to both parties
