Hiiii,
Could anyone plzz tell me how do a company decide or fix salary of managerial level positions.....one of friend is currently working in MNC and is offered a good package by another company......would like to know that when company decides the pay package keeping in mind the CTC it takes into account only the basic pay or the entire gross salaryyy....i mean CTC break up includes only the basic or the gross salary because in case of marketing incentives are quite more....
This information will help in salary negotiation.....

Dear Agnes,
CTC is stand for cost to the company basis formula, which include each and every expenses of the employees. But if the fellow is working on some target basis, then incentive & other earning will be apart from CTC.
