Dear Vineet
Thanks a lot for this information. It would be informative to know about Delhi Shop & Estab Act for the following
1. what is the base of calculating 15 PL
eg: for how many working days 1 PL is proportionate
2.Question is Same for SL and CL as well
3.What is the encashment clause and limit of carrying forward each one of them
4.Also which amongst 3 gets lapse
5.ESIC gives benefit in sickness is it so that SL is availed for only those employees who are not covered by ESIC. Is SL mandatory even then?

dear deepak
in my view they are not your employee and they are professional,so you are not required to deduct PF or ESI but same movement u have to deduct TDS whcih is about 10% for professionals which very high.suppose some one is getting 10000 per month in that case u have to deduct1000 as tax.
tks
