Dear Sir/Madam,
I had got offer from reputed indian comp few days ago and even I had accepted the offer and went for 2 day induction programme. I did not go to the comp from 3rd day and sent resignation mail on 3rd day morning to the concerned HR. The notice period of the comp was 90 days. will the comp have the right to recover the notice period amount though just i atteneded only induction? if yes, what is the consequence if i dont pay them the same. which are the laws that come to my help. can i go to labour court in that case. I dont need any releiving letter from the org.

No need to pay any compensation.Whether you have signed any agreement with the company. Even then, you may prove that the agreement is one sided only and may escape.
Dont worry. All the best in your new career.
