If an employee has joined in organization & he haven't got confirmed by the management from 1.3 years & no probation extension letter has been provided by the organization in order to his extension.
Now when employee is asking for confirmation letter they are saying you are a non performer that's why we are not confirming you as permanent employee & more over even they took appraisal form from him & manual confirmation was given to him which was signed by him immediate boss.
Now he is claiming that by keeping all this proofs he want to go labor court against company will that be beneficial to him. stating that i want to resign from my services with immediate effect of 24 hours notice.
