Hi All,
I shifted to new company where PF is not deducted as it is in start-up.
I am trying to withdraw my PF and submitted form to my previous employer. Now they are asking me to submit Form 15G with PAN Card copy.
I checked over internet and your site and found that person with more than 5 years of continues service do not require it. I have 9.5 years of continues service.
Please suggest if i require to submit Form 15 and PAN Card copy or can I submit the form myself or let me know other action.
Thanks in advance,
Nitin Dhagadi

To my knowledge if you are working you cannot withdraw entire amount from PF. Partial withdrawals can be done from accumulations.
