Hello everyone,
We have an HR meeting in a day or two, wherein we (HR people) have to give our views about the implementation of Suggestion Schemes. Ours is a manufacturing company, and almost all are engineers. Can anyone suggest how to proceed with it? Previously, we had a suggestion box for employee suggestions, but only one suggestion letter has been received through it to date. :(
So, this time, I want to make it more effective. I need your valuable viewpoints and help.
