I am doing my MPM from Pune and have finished my second semester. As a part of the Summer internship program, I have taken up a project in an IT company.
The topic for my project is "Reward and Recognition," and as a part of it, I have to collect data from other IT companies to check the practices followed in their companies. I have prepared a set of questionnaires which I request you to please fill and provide responses.
