Recently, our company has rewarded its employees. They have emphasized the following points:
1. Tenure Reward
- Employees who have completed 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years are rewarded with cash and a certificate from the CEO.
2. Outstanding Performers Award
- This award is based on the supervisor's recommendation. Parameters can be decided depending on the individual's profile.

This was basically an activity that I voluntarily took over, and it has been compiled by me, of course, with reference to guidelines, articles, and posts on Cite HR and various other sources.
