Hi All,

Guide me on the following: In my company, circulars/office orders are not issued on the letterhead of the company. Instead, they are issued on plain paper with just the name of the company written on it. Is this right or wrong? If it is to be issued on letterhead, then is there any notification or some legal view related to this?

Even in my organization, circulars and office orders are not issued on letterhead. The main use of the company letterhead is for external communication, not for internal purposes. Hope this clears up your query. Dear Hina.
