The second step is to understand the basic problems of the past and present communication systems. The third step is to understand the current organizational structure. Fourth, ensure that the implementation of a new communication structure does not disadvantage anyone. Lastly, organize your information as follows:

2. Ensure clarity of information, whether written or verbal, in a structured manner from top to bottom and bottom to top, and in a straight manner.
