Internal communication is a very effective way of communication. You can communicate internally in a number of ways. However, it's very important to decide what kind of communication you want, i.e., whether it should be verbal or non-verbal, formal or informal.

There are some general ways of communicating internally, such as:

- Face-to-face interaction
- E-mail
- Telephonic
- Meetings

You can implement any one of them depending on the nature of your organization.

I read your problem. I think you should first understand what kind of working environment exists in your organization. If there is a confidential working environment (tenders related/bid), then you should decide what kind of communication is suitable for the organization. Before applying, make sure first to understand what kind of people are working in your organization and what their needs are. So, work on those aspects first, and you will find the answer.
