I do not know what the Q12 model is. Can you please post the questionnaire as an attachment?

Raheena How many responses are you expecting? The analysis you can do depends upon the number of responses that you get and also on the objectives that you have set for your research. Simhan

Hi Raheena,
request you to specify more on what you intend to actually ask.
See, Q12 Gallup Organisation's Survey is mainly carried out by the firms to for employee satisfaction/engagement. It has 12 main questions for which the employee has to rate from 1 to 5(being the highest).
Questions varies , for instance "do yiu know what you are expected of", "did your manager speak to you regarding your work las month", "are you being motivated' , "do you like your team" etc etc. (these are instances for those questions)
Practically these questions are surveyed by the managers in turn unit heads...the percentage of overall score is calculated and consequences are based on the resulting score.

Raheena:
Your query is not clear, if you are doing a study on Employee Engagement, it is good but how do you want to corelate it with Q12
As rightly said by Kavitha that Q12 is a survey conducted by Gallup to only those companies which are interested in doing it but these Q12 are not the questions, they are the 12 conditions basis which Gallup will frame questions in consultation with the organization and they can be more than 12, it can go upto 30-40 questions as well
If you have a score card of a Supervisor or Unit (Direct or Roll-up), then you have to share it and the same can be analyzed
There are only 80 companies took the participation from India in this ESAT
Hope, you got the clarity
for any clarifications, you may reach me at
Thanks,
- Mirza

Thanks for the questionnaire. But you have not answered the questions that I raised. I am copying my comments to save you the trouble of searching

Then you can do quite a bit of analysis. You need to collect more info about the different responders: status, age, sex, etc. You could use these to see if there are any differences between them.
You could also conduct a factor analysis to see which of the questions form a group: ie have high correlation. May be if you ask an overall question like "How satisfied they are with their work?"you may be able to correlate that to other questions.
