Employee Engagement Survey Assistance Needed

Currently, I am conducting an Employee Engagement survey for one of the hospitality companies. I need to prepare a presentation in which I have to insert the benchmarks and also show the deviations. I have prepared the benchmarks. I need your help in assessing the benchmarks for Employee Engagement and providing suggestions or changes if any.

Dear Chaitrali,

Thank you for attaching the document and seeking feedback. It is not clear where you conducted the survey and how you arrived at the benchmark. However, as is my habit, I randomly copied a portion of your comments into Google and found that a part of the comment on "Company's leadership and planning" is at The Extraordinary, Inspiring Leader (eBook) - Zenger, John - Google Books.

And on "Corporate Culture" at Organizational Culture & Employee Engagement | Chron.com.

Could you kindly let us know why you are doing the survey and what your role is?

Regards.

I made the above comments before reading the whole 4-page document. I found a note on how you arrived at the Benchmark. The note is a copy from "Employee performance: Do you have fizzlers or sizzlers?" (http://www.reliableplant.com/Read/20...rs-or-sizzlers).

It appears that you have not digested what is meant by a "Benchmark." Please see http://www.customerservicebenchmark....20Part%201.pdf. Found at Google (http://www.google.co.uk/#hl=en&sclie...w=1366&bih=664) where you will find more links.

Thank you for the guidance. I am currently working on benchmarks for Employee Engagement survey data. For each parameter, we aim to assess how well the company performs in that area. We use a standard score out of 100 to indicate the level of performance for each specific parameter. In my chart, this standard score is set at 80, determined based on the Pareto principle.

Thank you for your support and input.

Best regards
